Participation at the Euro-BioImaging Train-the-Trainer Course
We have participated among other Czech Bioimaging facilities at the Euro-BioImaging Train-the-Trainer Course in Heidelberg.
The Magnetic Resonance Group at the Institute of Scientific Instruments of the Czech Academy of Sciences (ISI MR) has two synergic missions. On the research side, we develop new MR acquisition and processing methods. As part of Czech BioImaging and Euro-BioImaging, we provide services in MR experiments, data analysis, and animal study design, combining standard approaches with innovations from our research.

We have published a new article called Quantitative proton density fat-fraction at 9.4 T using fast spin echo and asymmetric multi-echo gradient-echo pulse sequences.
In October 20–22, 2025, several members of our group attended the Czech–Austrian Workshop on Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy in Frein an der Mürz.
