About us
The Magnetic Resonance Group at the Institute of Scientific Instruments of the Czech Academy of Sciences (ISI MR) has two synergic missions. On the research side, we develop new MR acquisition and processing methods. As part of Czech-BioImaging and Euro-BioImaging, we provide services in MR experiments, data analysis, and animal study design, combining standard approaches with innovations from our research.

Services
Our ISI MR facility provides open-access services for biomedical researchers, offering MR experiments and data analysis on non-living samples and small laboratory animals. All animal studies are designed and conducted with full respect for ethical principles and the highest standards of animal care.

Imaging Principles of Life 2025
The Czech BioImaging conference Imaging Principles of Life 2025 gathered researchers to exchange ideas on imaging in biomedical research, and we were glad to actively contribute.
