Our portfolio includes several established projects:

• PerfLab – a cloud-based platform for quantitative processing of DCE-MRI data.

• jMRUI – a widely used software package for the processing of spectroscopic data.

• PerfSim – a simulation tool for perfusometric data.

These solutions are freely available to the community and have been adopted by users worldwide.

We also develop advanced research-oriented tools, such as:

• PerfNet, a deep-learning model for estimating perfusion parameters, with results published in [1,2].

• MRI data segmentation tools and reconstruction scripts for customized workflows.

We work with a wide range of programming languages and environments, with particular proficiency in Python and Matlab. Our expertise covers not only algorithmic development but also the design of user-friendly graphical interfaces, both as offline applications and online web tools.
