Our Group at the Czech–Austrian Workshop on MRI and Spectroscopy

In October 20–22, 2025, several members of our group attended the Czech–Austrian Workshop on Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy in Frein an der Mürz.

The event featured a packed program of scientific presentations and discussions. From our group, Denisa Hývlová presented her doctoral research on Deep-Learning Estimation of Perfusion Parameters in DCE- and DCE-DSC-MRI, while Jiří Vitouš shared his work on improving MR scanner performance and reducing artifacts in advanced imaging sequences, in a talk titled Hunting Gradient Ghosts: Towards Better Radial Imaging.

We are proud to announce that Jiří received the award for Best Student Presentation of the workshop — congratulations!

Apart from the scientific program, we also enjoyed a group hike in the beautiful surroundings of Frein an der Mürz, providing a great opportunity for informal discussions and networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
