Multi-Contrast Quantification of Perfusion Using Joint Magnetic Resonance Contrast-Enhanced and Arterial-Spin-Labeling Approaches

Imaging myocardium is difficult let alone obtaining quantitative parameters. We developed fast self-gated acquisition based on inversion recovery Look Locker radial technique, that can be used to obtain T1 maps in reasonable time without the need for external ECG or respiratory synchronisation. The retrospective gating gives an opportunity to reconstruct any desirable cardiac/respiratory phase from the acquired data [1].
